This role is an exciting opportunity of becoming part of the store management team, by being involved in managing the store team in the absence of the Shop Manager / Deputy Manager. The post holder will be responsible for great customer service working with our fantastic volunteer team. As part of this role, you will become a Key Holder and will receive a full management induction program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Best in Town service through customer interaction.
  • Lead the team by example and achieve great store standard.
  • Support the Shop Manager/Deputy Manager to assist in always driving great customer service.
  • Endeavour to strengthen and promote the Cancer Research Wales brand.

Desirable requirements:

  • Hold a clean Driving Licence and have access to a car.
  • Where necessary travel by public transport.
