The post holder will have a broad range of responsibilities which will require significant initiative and flexibility, ensuring they work at all times in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Best in Town service through customer interaction.
  • Lead the team by example and achieve great store standard.
  • Support the Shop Manager to assist in always driving great customer service.
  • Endeavour to strengthen and promote the Cancer Research Wales brand.

Desirable requirements:

  • Hold a clean Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle.
  • Willingness to cover our other shops in the Cluster and where necessary travel by public transport.
