Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer and supporter service to shop visitors.
- Work as part of the shop team to meet sales and fundraising targets.
- Assist with visual presentation, safeguarding compliance and health & safety standards.
- Build relationships with the local community and Cancer Research UK colleagues.
- Support fundraising events to achieve store fundraising targets.
- Potential keyholder duties when training is completed.
- Perform manual handling and other physical tasks required for day‑to‑day operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in a busy customer service environment.
- Strong customer service ethos and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s own workload.
- Team‑player with a positive, flexible attitude.
