Location: Swansea Superstore

Contract: Permanent – Part time (8 hrs per week)

Pay: £12.71 per hour plus benefits

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer and supporter service to shop visitors.
  • Work as part of the shop team to meet sales and fundraising targets.
  • Assist with visual presentation, safeguarding compliance and health & safety standards.
  • Build relationships with the local community and Cancer Research UK colleagues.
  • Support fundraising events to achieve store fundraising targets.
  • Potential keyholder duties when training is completed.
  • Perform manual handling and other physical tasks required for day‑to‑day operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in a busy customer service environment.
  • Strong customer service ethos and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s own workload.
  • Team‑player with a positive, flexible attitude.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK – visa sponsorship not available.
  • Minimum age 18 years.
