Supplier Account Executive
Salary: Circa £20,000 – £22,000 p.a. + London Allowance if applicable + excellent benefits
Contract length: FTC / secondment (maternity cover until end of Feb 2019)

- Be the day to day point of contact with external suppliers acting as the liaison between the service provider and our internal customers
- Support the Supplier Account Manager to ensure external suppliers, deliver a great supporter experience in the most cost effective and value add way.
- Actively look for efficiencies and ensure that we do not over-service our stakeholders and suppliers.

- Proven experience of building relationships in a customer service environment
- Strong planning and organising skills
- Self-motivation with a persistent and resilient approach to work
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with proven ability to converse confidently over the telephone and face to face
