We have an opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to join our Marketing Delivery department, as Marketing Manager specialising in our events and sports products.
You will come with strong experience of planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns that meet campaign KPIs, as well as a strong understanding of customer journeys.
As Marketing Manager, you will manage the delivery of the product marketing plan, meeting KPIs, to time and budget.
- Work with digital and data experts from across marketing and the wider organisation to improve communications and better engage our audiences.
- Work with the Insight team and Senior Marketing Performance Manager to drive development of the marketing strategy and feed learnings into the planning process.
- Significant experience translating marketing strategy into tactical delivery plans by channel, audience and budget.
- Significant experience planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns that meet campaign KPIs.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supporter or customer journeys and the role of different channels in fully integrated campaigns.
- Experience of coaching, mentoring or supervising others whether through matrix or line management, with the ability to manage competing priorities for yourself and others.
- Data-driven with a strong understanding of UX principles and relevant experience of interpreting results and recommending opportunities for optimisation.
- Relevant experience of developing highly effective campaign assets for use across channels.
- Excellent project management skills including resource and risk management.
- Relevant experience of marketing for events and sports would be beneficial.
