You will drive the technology behind our Engage Transformation Programme, integrating relationship management, MarTech and AdTech ecosystems while strengthening the data foundations that make us truly audience-led. - Lead delivery: Own technology delivery for the Engage Transformation Programme, including CRM, Donation Management, Supporter Journey Management, and Campaign Management.
- Drive AI adoption: Implement AI and emerging technologies to improve personalisation, optimisation and efficiency.
- Ensure robust operations: Maintain secure, resilient and cost-effective services with strong governance and supplier management.

Commercially astute, with experience managing multi-million-pound budgets and strategic supplier relationships.
Strategic thinker who balances long-term vision with income targets and operational delivery.
Influential leader with strong stakeholder management skills, experienced in matrixed environments and cross-functional collaboration.
Accountable and outcome-focused, role-modelling leadership values, building capability and maintaining operational integrity.
Adaptable, resilient and motivated by CRUK's mission, using technology to drive measurable impact.

- Bold: Act with ambition, courage and determination
- Credible: Act with rigour and professionalism
- Human: Act to have a positive impact on people
