- Managing end-to-end delivery of influencer-led campaigns and activations, working with internal teams and agency partners to achieve campaign objectives.
- Building and activating an always-on community of creators and advocates to support brand campaigns and key moments throughout the year.

- Developing and embedding internal playbooks, processes and training to build capability and ensure best practice across the organisation.
What are we looking for?
- Strong experience in influencer and creator marketing, with a clear understanding of paid, earned, owned and shared media channels.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into operational delivery, managing complex projects from planning through to execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams at all levels.
- Highly organised with strong project management capability, able to prioritise and deliver multiple workstreams to tight deadlines.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with resilience and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, with experience measuring campaign performance and using insight to inform decisions.
Our organisation values are designed to guide all that we do.
- Bold: Act with ambition, courage and determination.
