Superstore supervisor (clothing/fashion)
Salary: £24,705-£28,833 per year plus benefits
Reports to: Superstore manager
Department: Trading
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Location: Glasgow Forge Superstore

About Us: We exist to beat cancer. We are professionals with purpose, dedicated to making a difference every day. We’re seeking a talented, determined individual to join our trading team as a Superstore Supervisor in our clothing/fashion department.
Role Responsibilities:
- Managing the commercial operations of the clothing/fashion department, including merchandising, stock management, maintaining shop standards, and sales targets.
- Collaborating with the management team to meet targets for donated stock, sales, gift aid, and stock processing.
- Providing excellent customer and supporter service.
- Supporting the organization of fundraising events.
- Supervising colleagues and volunteers, assisting with training, and undertaking keyholder responsibilities as needed.
- Performing manual handling and physical activities within daily duties.

- Experience supervising and inspiring diverse teams.
