Retail store assistant (with keyholder responsibility)
£12.21 per hour plus benefits
Reports to: Shop manager
Department: Trading
Contract: FTC until 31st October 2025
Hours: Sundays only, 6 hours
Location: Stirling 76 Shop

Role overview: We are seeking a motivated retail assistant to join our trading team, acting as an ambassador for Cancer Research UK and taking responsibility for the shop on Sundays.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing shop operations on Sundays, including keyholder duties (training provided) and supporting volunteers.
- Helping achieve sales and fundraising targets.
- Reviewing and processing donations and stock.
- Generating creative ideas to increase income, with guidance from the Shop Manager.
- Providing excellent customer service to supporters and customers.
- Maintaining shop standards regarding safeguarding, compliance, and health and safety.
- Performing manual handling and physical activities as required.

- Knowledge of excellent customer service.
