Hours: 6 – Sundays (must be flexible for extra hours).
Location: Pitlochry.

Responsibilities- Oversee the running of the shop on a Sunday, including taking keyholder responsibility (training provided) and supporting a diverse team of volunteers.
- Assist the wider shop team in achieving sales and fundraising targets.
- Review and process donated goods and new stock.
- Develop creative ideas to help generate new income, with guidance from the Shop Manager.
- Use customer service skills to make customers and supporters feel welcome and appreciated.
- Maintain shop standards regarding safeguarding, compliance and health & safety.
- Perform varied manual handling and physical activity required within day‑to‑day duties of the role.
- Working knowledge of what makes great customer service.
- Experience working in a lively and vibrant environment.
- Adaptability in changing situations; able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Commercial awareness.
- Ability to create relationships and communicate well.
- Flexibility – retail teams cover needs by working on a rota basis.
