Reports to: Area Manager.

What will I be doing?
- Guide, inspire and engage a team of paid staff and volunteers, including recruitment, retention and development.
- Take ownership of the commercial running of the store: display and merchandising, stock management, shop standards, layout, sales and income.
- Lead by example, providing excellent customer and supporter service and maximising profit through effective cost control.
- Build relationships with the local community and Cancer Research UK colleagues.
- Organise and run creative fundraising events to achieve targets.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, security, administration and HR policies.
