Job Overview

Email & SMS Marketing Executive – £25,000 - £30,400 plus benefits.

Fixed‑term 12‑month contract, full time, 35 hours per week, based in Stratford, London with 1‑2 days in office.

This role supports the delivery of email and SMS campaigns, plans supporter journeys, optimises communications, and analyses performance to improve future work.

Responsibilities

Build and send email and SMS campaigns using Adobe Campaign.

Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of Email & SMS team processes, including user access for tools such as Taxi for Email and Adobe Campaign.

Work with marketing teams to plan and deliver email and SMS marketing campaign plans on time.

Support Senior Executives with larger optimisation and delivery projects.

Collaborate with other Digital Marketing teams (Website, content) to optimise the supporter journey.

Gather learnings of digital marketing trends or changes and implement them.

Support reporting and post‑campaign analysis, sharing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

Interest and enthusiasm for marketing, keen to learn in email and SMS marketing.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).

Ability to prioritise, manage conflicting deadlines and work under pressure.

Strong working relationships, collaboration skills.

Experience sending emails through an email marketing platform.

Understanding of audience segmentation, personalization and UX principles; ability to interpret results.

Experience writing email content, running campaigns and conducting subsequent analysis.
