At Cancer Research UK, our marketing, fundraising and engagement activity is most effective when it is rooted in a deep understanding of what matters to our audiences. That's where the Consumer Insight and Experience (CIX) team comes in.
We're looking for a Consumer Insight and Experience Manager to join our Data, Insight and Performance (DIP) directorate on an 8-month fixed-term contract covering an internal secondment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced researcher to play a pivotal role in ensuring decisions across Marketing, Fundraising and Engagement (MFE) are informed by robust consumer insight and a strong understanding of audience needs, motivations and experiences.
Working alongside the Senior Managers in the Consumer Insight and Experience team, you'll lead insight projects to understand the attitudes and behaviours of our audiences and translate insight into actionable recommendations to inform proposition development and strategies.
You'll combine strong research expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills, and ability to translate evidence into compelling recommendations that influence decision-making across the organisation. If you're passionate about uncovering what matters most to audiences, and helping an organisation make smarter, more audience-centric decisions, we'd love to hear from you.

- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, helping them understand their insight requirements and ambitions.

- Manage and optimise package of insight products and tools, including tracking programmes and our Supporter Panel.
- Manage external research agencies, budgets, timelines and quality standards.
