Responsibilities:

  • Process and care for new and donated stock, including rotation, replenishment, pricing, steaming and tagging.
  • Assist the store team in achieving sales and fundraising targets.
  • Support the training of colleagues and volunteers in stock processing.
  • Ensure safeguarding, compliance, security, and health and safety standards are followed.
  • Use customer service skills to make customers and supporters feel welcome and appreciated.
  • Perform manual handling and physical activity as required by day‑to‑day duties.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a busy customer‑facing environment.
