Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer and supporter service.
- Work as an integral part of the shop team to achieve sales and fundraising targets.
- Assist with maintaining shop standards, including visual presentation, safeguarding compliance and health and safety.
- Create relationships with your local community and Cancer Research UK colleagues.
- Support fundraising events for the store to meet fundraising targets.
- Take keyholder responsibility as required (training provided).
- Perform a varied amount of manual handling and physical activity required within day‑to‑day duties.
- Understanding of what makes great customer service.
- Experience working in a busy customer service environment.
- Ability to manage own workload and work independently when required.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
