What will I be doing?
- Overseeing the running of the shop on a Sunday, including keyholder responsibilities and supporting a diverse team of volunteers.
- Assisting the wider shop team in achieving sales and fundraising targets.
- Reviewing and processing donated goods and new stock.
- Developing and proposing creative ideas to generate new income.
- Using customer‑service skills to ensure customers and supporters feel welcome and valued.
- Maintaining shop standards regarding safeguarding, compliance and health and safety.
- Performing varied manual handling and physical activity as part of daily duties.
