Reports to: Shop manager

Department: Trading

Contract: Fixed term contract until 26th September 2026

Hours: 5 – Sundays only

Location: Crieff Shop

What will I be doing?

  • Overseeing the running of the shop on a Sunday, including keyholder responsibilities and supporting a diverse team of volunteers.
  • Assisting the wider shop team in achieving sales and fundraising targets.
  • Reviewing and processing donated goods and new stock.
  • Developing and proposing creative ideas to generate new income.
  • Using customer‑service skills to ensure customers and supporters feel welcome and valued.
  • Maintaining shop standards regarding safeguarding, compliance and health and safety.
  • Performing varied manual handling and physical activity as part of daily duties.
