About the role
We’re looking for a motivated store assistant to join Cancer Research UK’s trading team. You’ll act as an ambassador, creating a welcoming environment for customers and supporting fundraising activities.
What I’ll be doing
- Provide excellent customer and supporter service.
- Work as an integral part of the shop team to achieve ambitious sales and fundraising targets.
- Assist in maintaining shop standards, including visual presentation, safeguarding compliance and health and safety.
- Create relationships with the local community and Cancer Research UK colleagues.
- Support fundraising events for the store to achieve fundraising targets.
What skills are you looking for
- Understanding of what makes great customer service.

- Ability to manage own workload and work independently when required.
