We are looking for an organised and customer‑focused Income Processing Executive to join our Finance team and play a vital role in ensuring supporter donations and income are processed accurately, efficiently and professionally.

What will I be doing?

  • Process donations, sponsorship income and supporter payments received through a variety of channels.
  • Accurately allocate income to the correct financial cost centres using established procedures, coding matrices and decision trees.
  • Prepare payments for banking and complete accurate data entry across multiple systems, databases and spreadsheets.
  • Manage supporter administration and correspondence arising from donations and income processing, including responding to supporter queries.
  • Support reconciliations, refunds, reversals and other income processing activities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service level agreements and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Sorting and receiving post.

  • Experience working in a customer service, administration or service‑focused environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to process high volumes accurately.
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
  • Experience using financial systems, CRM systems, databases or spreadsheets.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Customer‑focused and collaborative approach.
