Retail Store Assistant
Location: Isle of Sheppey Superstore
Reports to: Shop Manager
Contract: Permanent
Working hours: Part time 22.5 hours per week
Salary: £12.71 per hour plus benefits

Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer and supporter service.
- Working as an integral part of the shop team to achieve sales and fundraising targets.
- Assisting with maintaining shop standards including visual presentation, safeguarding compliance, and health and safety.
- Creating relationships with local community and Cancer Research UK colleagues.
- Supporting fundraising events for the store to reach fundraising targets.
- Taking keyholder responsibility as required (training provided).
- Performing varied manual handling and physical activity within daily duties.
Qualifications
- Understanding of what makes great customer service.
- Experience working in a busy customer service environment.
- Ability to manage own workload and work independently.
- Capability to work well in a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a rota basis.
