- Reports to: Shop manager
- Department: Trading
- Location: Wimbledon shop
- Contract: Permanent
- Working hours: Part time, 22.5 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer and supporter service.
- Working as part of the shop team to achieve sales and fundraising targets.
- Assisting with maintaining shop standards, including visual presentation, safeguarding compliance and health and safety.
- Building relationships with the local community and Cancer Research UK colleagues.
- Supporting fundraising events for the store to achieve fundraising targets.
- Taking keyholder responsibility as required (training provided).
- Engaging in a varied amount of manual handling and physical activity within day‑to‑day duties.
Qualifications
- Understanding what makes great customer service.
- Experience working in a busy customer service environment.
- Ability to manage own workload and work independently when required.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Basic DBS check will be required on offer of employment.
- Minimum age 18 years.
