Department: Trading.

Contract: Permanent.

Hours: Part time, 10 hours per week.

Location: Lytham Shop.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the running of the shop, including keyholder responsibilities (training provided) and support a diverse team of volunteers.
  • Assist the shop team in achieving sales and fundraising targets.
  • Review and process donated goods and new stock.
  • Develop creative ideas to generate new income, with guidance from the Shop Manager.
  • Use customer service skills to ensure customers and supporters feel welcome and appreciated.
  • Maintain shop standards regarding safeguarding, compliance and health.
