Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of evaluation approaches across ECMC activities to enable consistent measurement of outputs, outcomes and impact.
- Delivery reporting processes and outputs to ensure more timely, accurate and accessible insight on ECMC programme activity.
- Analyse and interpret data to produce clear summaries and materials that communicate impact to a range of audiences.
- Support the development of communication outputs using impact evidence to increase the visibility and understanding of ECMC activity.
- Develop and maintain project plans and tracking tools to ensure delivery of agreed workstreams to time and quality.
- Monitor progress and identify risks to enable timely escalation and resolution.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to support delivery of projects and activities.
- Support the coordination and delivery of meetings, events and engagement activities to facilitate collaboration across the network.
Qualifications
- Experience of supporting data collection, reporting or evaluation activities to track delivery against objectives.
- Experience of using project management tools, processes or methodologies.
- Experience of working with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery of projects or workstreams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Experience of analysing and interpreting data to produce summaries or insights for different audiences.
- Good organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Relevant experience contributing to reports, publications or outputs involving health, research or scientific content.
- Proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to identify issues and contribute to solutions.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
