Cancer Research UK in Norwich is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the Trading store team on a permanent, full-time basis (37.5 hours).
You will report to the Area Manager and drive store performance through effective merchandising, stock control and customer service.
You will recruit and develop a diverse team of staff and volunteers, work to targets, manage costs, foster community relationships and organise fundraising events to help achieve CRUK's fundraising targets.
