- Building and embedding strong commercial governance, including cost tracking, audits and contract management frameworks
What are we looking for?
- Significant experience managing media and creative agencies within complex organisations, either client‑side or agency‑side
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing multi‑million‑pound budgets, scopes of work and cost frameworks
- Deep understanding of media planning, buying and creative production processes, including associated cost drivers
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with advanced Excel capability to track spend and analyse variance
- Ability to build and manage senior stakeholder relationships, influencing across internal teams and external partners
- Proven experience setting up and improving processes, combining strategic thinking with operational delivery
