This will be carried out in close collaboration with all teaching and support staff, to develop the students’ overall communication and language skills with a focus on functional skills in everyday life. Working as part of a team is vital and he/she should be able to work constructively within a cohesive and very busy school where each individual child matters. It is essential that the person appointed enjoys working with young people.
