We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Owner to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with Senior Product Owners and development teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer and business needs. Key Responsibilities
1. Support Product Development
- Assist the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Refine user stories and align them with strategic goals.
- Write detailed and actionable user stories, including acceptance criteria.
- Ensure the development team comprehends the product vision and requirements.
2. Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team.
- Collaborate with the team to clarify product needs and resolve uncertainties.
- Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders, users, and internal teams.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
3. Product Documentation
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, including roadmaps and feature specifications.
- Track and report on key product performance metrics.
4. Testing & Quality Assurance
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm that deliverables meet requirements.
- Identify, document, and report issues or bugs to ensure quality.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Suggest product and process enhancements to increase efficiency and value.
- Keep informed of industry trends, innovations, and competitor activities.
