About the role
This is a hands-on shift supervisory role, supporting the management team to run smooth, warm and well-organised services. You’ll help lead the team on shift, keep standards steady, support guests, solve problems in the moment and make sure everyone knows what they’re doing. It’s for someone who enjoys being on the floor, cares about people and standards, and can help keep the team calm, focused and positive during busy periods.
What you’ll do
- Lead shifts with calm, clear communication and good energy.
- Support Team Members and Salad Creators during service.
- Help keep queues moving and service flowing.
- Make sure food, cleanliness and guest standards are followed consistently.
- Support opening, closing, handover and daily shift routines.
- Respond to guest questions, feedback and issues professionally.
- Coach team members in the moment and help build confidence.
- Follow food safety, allergen and health & safety processes consistently.
- Communicate clearly with the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Help create a positive team culture built on trust, feedback and high standards.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, retail or a customer-facing environment.
- Experience leading shifts or supporting a team would be ideal.
- A calm, practical person who stays useful under pressure.
- Good communicator who can give clear direction kindly.
- Someone who takes pride in service, cleanliness and team standards.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, organised and able to follow clear processes.
- A hands-on person who leads by example.
Contract: Permanent.
