About the role
This is a flexible, hands-on role supporting the team during busy periods, weekends, holidays and launch peaks. You’ll work across food preparation, guest service, cleaning and station support, helping the restaurant stay warm, organised and ready for service. It’s for people who care about good food, clean standards, warm service and being useful to the team when they’re needed most.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and serve food with care, pace and accuracy.
- Support stations during busy periods.
- Welcome guests warmly and help keep service flowing.
- Keep the restaurant clean, organised and ready for service.
- Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene processes consistently.
- Work flexibly across different areas of the restaurant.
- Support the wider team with good energy and a practical attitude.
What we’re looking for

- Flexible availability, including weekends or peak trading periods where possible.
