About the role
This is a hands-on food prep role, focused on preparing ingredients with care, accuracy and consistency so the restaurant is ready for service each day. You’ll work closely with the BOH Lead and wider team to keep prep organised, food quality high and kitchen standards clean and safe. It’s for someone who enjoys practical kitchen work, takes pride in good food and understands the importance of clean, consistent preparation.
What you’ll do
- Prepare ingredients and products to Holy Greens specs.
- Support daily prep lists and make sure items are ready for service.
- Follow recipes, portion guides and quality standards accurately.
- Keep prep, kitchen and storage areas clean, organised and safe.
- Receive and store deliveries where needed.
- Follow labelling, stock rotation and shelf-life processes.
- Support stock control and help reduce waste.
- Follow food safety, allergen and health & safety processes consistently.
- Communicate clearly with the BOH Lead, managers and service team.
- Support the wider team during busy periods where needed.
What we’re looking for
- Previous kitchen, prep or food production experience.
- Someone who works cleanly, calmly and accurately.
- Good food safety, hygiene and allergen awareness.
- Comfortable following recipes, specs and clear processes.
- Organised and able to work with pace.
- Reliable, practical and team-focused.
- Someone who takes pride in food quality and consistency.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Contract: Permanent.
