We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Product team as a Senior Yardi Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing configuration, development, training and support on our Yardi Platform across the organisation. This will encompass a suite of Yardi modules covering Commercial, Residential, Construction and Leasing. There will be engagement with our currently out-sourced Yardi support on the management of support tickets. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organisational skills, be adaptable, motivated to develop, and have previous Yardi experience. Salary circa £70,000 per annum.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Analyse business requirements and processes to decide how they can be implemented or improved within the Yardi Voyager system. Understand and establish business requirements onto the Product team backlog for system improvements.
- Lead support and configuration of Yardi for the requirements of the organisation. Maintain security and access framework in the Yardi Platform, including but not limited to user security, permissions and menus.
- Manage the Level 1 support model (currently outsourced), which involves reviewing escalated tickets and queries that come from the Yardi helpdesk. Oversee internal helpdesk ticketing system for tasks managed and administered by Yardi Product team.
- Provide aid and troubleshooting support to end users of the Yardi Voyager system. This may involve resolving user issues, answering inquiries, and supplying guidance on system functionality. Additionally, you may conduct training sessions or create documentation to educate users on how to effectively use the system.
- Develop and document Yardi product team procedures. Provide assistance with maintenance and enhancement requests of the Yardi Platform.
- Develop, setup and test reports requests and assist with issue analysis, as needed.
- Review system upgrades, system testing, regression testing and rollout.
- Assist with troubleshooting technical and operational issues.
- Stay up-to-date on new features and updates to the Yardi suite of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of the Yardi Platform and integration with other platforms.
- Attend all relevant calls with Yardi to ensure continuous good working relationships and flagging risks and issues as early as possible.
- Support the Product team in championing best practice and overall positive user experience of Yardi.
- Other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role in the Real Estate industry.
- Extensive knowledge of Yardi Voyager Core is essential.
- Experience working with the Yardi Residential products.
- Experience of system implementation, upgrades and onboarding.
- Knowledge of Yardi reporting tools and custom tables.
- Strong understanding of SQL.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service, stakeholder engagement, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience with out-source providers is desirable.
