Canary Wharf Group is seeking a Centralised Operations Manager on a maternity cover basis to lead the FM Helpdesk and CAFM governance, ensuring compliant, customer‑focussed service and continuous improvement across CAFM platforms. You will align service standards and drive governance across the organisation.
You will work with Directors and building stakeholders to standardise processes, drive PPM and reactive maintenance, and oversee audits, KPI reporting and governance frameworks.
