Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing property management team.

Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.

Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.

Implement and utilise property management software and technology effectively.

A good overall education to ‘A’ Level / NVQ Level 3 or 4 standard or equivalent (to include English & Maths).

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a residential property management position is essential, with experience of working within a high-end customer services environment.

Level 4 Certificate in Residential Letting and Property Management or similar essential.

A detailed understanding of the principal aspects of legislation, relating to the management of Residential Property Law.

Ability to lead and motivate a team. A self-starter with ability to innovate and look for areas of improvement.

Excellent IT skills. Able to manage difficult conversations.

An honest and trustworthy individual with an exemplary track record.

The incumbent must have an appreciation of the importance of customer service and how this is applied in the context of Canary Wharf.
