Main Responsibilities
- Work with real financial data to help analyse property performance and financial results across the portfolio.
- As a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Intern, you will work closely with the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Advisor to research, develop and deliver wellbeing content, events and campaigns.
- Play a key role in preparing our wellbeing strategy and programme roadmap for 2027, supporting data collection, planning, and engagement activities.
- Research and create engaging wellbeing talks, campaigns and events.
- Support planning and design of the 2027 Health & Wellbeing Programme.
- Assist with collecting, analysing and reporting health & wellbeing data and trends.
- Work with internal teams to promote wellbeing initiatives across the estate.
- Help develop digital content (presentations, posters, intranet materials, newsletters).
- Support the OH&W Advisor with day-to-day wellbeing activities and administrative tasks.
- Participate in meetings, sharing insight and tracking the progress of wellbeing projects.
- Contribute to wider HSW team initiatives, supporting the creation of a safe and healthy environment.
- This internship offers hands-on experience in property and tenancy management, service charge administration, legal compliance, and resident engagement.

- Shadow Building Managers in their daily tasks, including conducting building checks, overseeing contractor works, and addressing snagging issues.

- The Treasury Intern will perform Treasury Operations daily processes, transactions, controls, Internal & External counterparty setup, Know Your Customer, Bank Mandates, Regulatory reporting validations and settlements.
- Involved in the cash management of the Group, preparing and processing intercompany transfers, debt & derivative interest payments.
- Ensure all payments are processed successfully and follow up with Banks if there are errors.
- Design and implement excel models to streamline payment processes, improve accuracy and enhance decision making.
- Assist with the preparation of 13-week cashflow forecast, collecting forecast data from internal stakeholders.
- Administer the Treasury mailbox, ensuring timely responses to queries.
