Reporting to the Residential Building Manager, the Engineering Supervisor leads the site-based engineers and hard-services contractors to ensure the operation, maintenance, and statutory compliance of all M&E and life-safety systems across the four Southbank Place residential buildings.
The role owns day-to-day technical delivery (PPM, reactive works, certifications, records) and life-safety readiness.
