Vertus are looking to recruit a Leasing Consultant to join our Leasing Team. Reporting directly to the Associate - Leasing, you will ensure that residents (tenants) have the best rental experience and consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service, becoming a Vertus brand ambassador.
Annual Salary: £28,808
Main Responsibilities:
- Responding to website, email, and telephone enquiries in a timely manner.
- Qualifying leads, ensuring the applicant has the Right to Rent.
- Capturing source of enquiries.
- Keeping the CRM up to date with relevant information.
- Matching prospective residents to available properties.
- Ensuring apartments are well presented before viewing.
- Booking viewings.
- Conducting call outs.
- Conducting viewings.
- Obtaining feedback.
- Negotiating offers.
- Advising prospective residents of customer journey and requirements.
- Passing applicants over to the Tenancy Progression team with full information.
- Assisting with progress of tenancy progression where necessary.
- Conducting Right to Rent on prospective residents.
- Complying with GDPR requirements.
- Attending events such as Mall Pop Ups.
- Ensuring KPI’s are consistently met.
- Liaising with Third Party agents on unit availability and portal material.
- Reporting weekly KPI’s to the Associate - Leasing.
- Carrying out other reasonable duties as instructed and directed as required.
Person Specification:
- Level 3 ARLA qualification is desirable.
- 2 years property experience.
- Friendly telephone manner.
- Proven track record of meeting KPI’s.
- An understanding of the Build to Rent market.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
- Works well under pressure.
- Team player with exceptional customer service.
- Strong customer focus, high accuracy, good attention to detail with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An honest and trustworthy individual with an exemplary track record.
