Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-organised individual to provide executive support to our CEO and CFO on a fixed-term contract. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are keen to work alongside experienced, inspiring leaders, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience.
Annual salary: circa £75k, dependent on experience
Fixed term: from April 2026 to June 2027

Main Responsibilities
- This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday.
- To carry out secretarial duties including copy typing, preparing presentations and letters, following CWG brand guidelines where relevant.
- To arrange meetings and proactively maintain diaries using Outlook.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO and CFO by liaising with and maintaining strong working relationships with staff and stakeholders, while also acting as a gatekeeper to manage interactions and communications on their behalf.
- To conduct research on various topics and/or companies and prepare briefing notes where necessary.
- To manage the Executive Budget, process any invoices, and raise purchase orders as required, as well as oversee corporate expenses, including credit card administration for the CEO and CFO.
- Compile and circulate all necessary documentation for Management Committee Meetings, as well as accurately record and produce formal minutes for these meetings.
- Arrange Management Committee offsite and co-organise CWG Employee Townhalls. Organise any business travel.
- Manage guest lists, invitations, and attendance for external Assistants Network events.
- Send All Staff emails on behalf of CEO and CFO.
- Assist with organising events for the CEO and CFO, including dinners and ticketed events, by managing logistics and guest lists as needed.
- To welcome and greet visitors on behalf of the CEO and CFO.
- Answer telephone calls, process and relay messages to the appropriate person, and open, mark up, and distribute incoming mail as required.
- To provide absence cover for other EAs/PAs as necessary.
- To provide ad hoc support for Canary Wharf Group Investment Holdings Board.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the CEO and CFO and wider leadership.
Person Specification
The successful applicant will have previous experience of working at Executive level, preferably within Real Estate. The successful applicant must have excellent IT skills, must be proficient in all Office 365 applications. Must be able to deal with confidential information discretely. The successful applicant must be able to communicate at all levels, work under pressure and be flexible in their approach to work. The successful applicant should possess an excellent standard of written English. Excellent attention to detail is essential. The successful applicant must be able to work effectively as a team member.
