About the Role
The EMEA Growth Marketing Manager at Canary will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns designed to drive growth and engagement in specific regions within EMEA. This role involves both strategizing and managing campaigns across different channels, including email marketing, paid digital, event marketing and synthesizing campaigns with sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of performance marketing, as well as proficiency in a second language, a bonus if Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple platforms, ultimately becoming marketing lead for several key countries/regions. Manage and optimize end‐to‐end campaign execution, from planning to analysis. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign delivery.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and demand, both for sales and marketing. Develop personalized email content and strategies. Analyze email campaign metrics and leverage insights to improve open rates, click‐through rates, and conversions.
- Digital Marketing: Create strategy on how to leverage various digital marketing opportunities, including Google Ads, Social Ads and local media/regional partnerships across different geographies and languages. Integrate digital campaigns together with other channels, to ensure a consistent message and experience for customers and prospects.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data‐driven insights to guide marketing strategies and decisions. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities. Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management based on campaign performance and market trends.
- Sales & Events: Collaborate with regional sales teams and stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of outbound call campaigns, boost event visibility and engagement, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- English proficiency, and fluency in another language; fluency in Spanish is a bonus.
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing or a related role with a proven track record of managing successful multi‐channel campaigns.
- B2B SaaS and start‐up experience is a plus.
- Previous experience marketing to prospects across various countries and regions.
- Familiarity in leveraging marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft), digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn) and managing media purchases with third‐party publications.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to write copy, particularly as it relates to digital advertising and email.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‐functional teams across timezones and external partners.
