Canal Restaurant in Westbourne Park is seeking an exceptional Reservations & Events Manager to oversee our reservations operation and help create unforgettable guest experiences. You will coordinate between front‑of‑house, kitchen, and events teams, guiding the guest journey from initial enquiry to arrival.
You will manage SevenRooms and TripleSeat, handle enquiries, oversee events and group bookings, lead hosted experiences, train FOH staff, and produce reporting on booking trends and guest.
