The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proven hospitality leader to take full ownership of our flagship site, leading both commercial performance and guest experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll inspire and develop the team, build new revenue opportunities such as evening events and private hire, and bring a sharper focus to the café’s financial results and operational standards.

What We’re Looking For

\\t•\\tProven leadership in a busy hospitality setting (pub, restaurant, hotel or high-turnover café)

\\t•\\tA balance of commercial acumen and hospitality instinct, driving both profit and experience

\\t•\\tAbility to lead, motivate and grow a team culture of accountability, warmth and pride

\\t•\\tConfidence in analysing performance, identifying opportunities and taking action
