Canal & River Trust in Lancaster is seeking a Waterway Operative to help maintain and improve our North West canal network, including the Lancaster Canal, Glasson Branch and Ribble Link. This is a hands-on, outdoor role involving maintenance, operation of locks and bridges, and delivering excellent customer service to visitors.
Based at the Lancaster Depot, you will work on an annualised hours system with five days out of seven and occasional weekend duties.
