Your role and missions:
- General team administrative support including updating contact lists, logging announcements and updating the Publicity meeting diary and schedule accordingly.
- Assisting the International Publicity Manager – managing the diary, logging expenses and acting as administrative support where needed.
- Coordinating meetings, booking meeting rooms and circulating notes to the wider team as required.
- Supporting with uploading materials onto StudioCloud.
- Supporting with uploading announcements to the STUDIOCANAL website.
- Providing logistical support in the run up to events and junkets and on the ground during these events.
- Managing travel bookings in the run up to events, tours and junkets.
- Assisting with schedule updates in the run up to events, tours and junkets.
- Managing finance within the team – raising PO’s, setting up new vendors and being the point of contact for finance queries.
- Preparing and managing budgets with the team’s support.
- Assisting in selecting press materials for each title.
- Assisting in the coordination of production and campaign publicity.
- Assisting in the coordination of festivals which will encompass talent and team travel on a regular occasion.
- Helping to prepare publicity slides for meetings and seminars.
- Helping to ensure coverage following announcements is collated and syndicated to the team in a timely manner.
- Attend team/territory/sales/catalogue meetings as required.
- The opportunity to read and feedback on new scripts, attend screenings of completed films feeding into the publicity strategy across the life cycle of a film.
