Your role and missions:
The Digital Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Head of Film and TV Licensing with sales and administration of the Digital (SVOD/AVOD/FAST/New Business Development) business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for rights management for all SVOD & AVOD/FAST partners based on their specific remit.
- Creating all availability lists and entering all SVOD and AVOD/FAST/Channels digital deals into rights database UNITY and the department tracking documents.
- Manage the availability process for Pay TV/SVOD partners, sending out monthly notifications of avail dates and updating Unity.
- Support the Head of Film and TV Licensing in rights and date checking on digital deals, and shadowing some deal negotiation.
- Help to create materials for client presentations and internal projects.
- Attending department and company group meetings.
- Diary and travel management for the department for group meetings, industry market (Mipcom, MipTV) and events.
