Studiocanal Kids & Family is a full-service international IP development agency and consultancy offering strategic worldwide brand development, licensing and retail expertise. Studiocanal Kids & Family is also part of the Studiocanal group, its most famous IP being Paddington Bear.
Marketreach is the B2C branch of Studiocanal Kids & Family - we currently run a store at Paddington station, open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm, another one located at the Savoy for the Musical and a Paddington online shop. We have a friendly close-knit team operating within a family of European media companies, offering the flexibility of a small company whilst being supported by a larger group (Canal+ Group).
We are seeking an enthusiastic, data driven and results-oriented E-commerce and Retail manager based in London to be part of the retail division. Reporting to the VP Retail, you will be responsible for:
- Retail & E-Commerce Expertise
- Strong understanding of omnichannel retail operations, including both physical store and online store management.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon or other pure players).
- Knowledge of digital merchandising, product lifecycle online, and customer journey optimization.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including store staff and digital teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with marketing, IT, logistics, and HR.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing team members.
- Customer-Centric Approach
- Strong focus on customer experience, both in-store and online.
- Ability to implement and monitor customer service standards across channels.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles for e-commerce platforms.

Key qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years experience in e-commerce retail, preferably in the IP industry, or an entertainment group.
