Associate General Counsel, EMEA Full-time – UK Location: UK (remote with quarterly travel to the London Office)

To: General Counsel, e-Storage Position Summary e-Storage is seeking an experienced lawyer to lead its UK and EMEA legal team.
The Associate General Counsel’s role will oversee the legal and compliance functions for the e-Storage business unit in the UK and EMEA, with a primary focus on project contracts and execution – including EPC contracts, equipment supply contracts, BESS Integrator contracts, long‑term service contracts, warranties, and performance guarantees.
The ideal candidate will be a confident self‑starter with strong interpersonal and organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively provide sound legal advice, exercise good business judgement, and work with senior management, outside counsel and customers.
Legal Leadership Spanish or German fluency strongly preferred; other European languages a plus.
Willingness to travel within UK and EMEA as needed.
