More Than 700 Hours of Practical Experience – You’ll gain 728 hours of hands‑on experience, more than any other kinesiology program in Ontario. Position yourself and your clients for success – Learn to plan, implement, and evaluate customized programs, build confidence, and keep clients motivated. Develop the skills to run a clinic sustainably, ethically, and professionally.

Be supported by exercise science experts – Professors also teach in Sheridan’s kinesiology degree and bring real‑world experience in clinical exercise rehab, chronic disease management, injury rehab, high performance, and strength & conditioning.

Admission Requirements

Program Eligibility: Postsecondary 4‑year Honours Baccalaureate degree in Kinesiology, Human Kinetics, Physical Education, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 65%.

Applicants who do not meet the admission requirements may be advised individually regarding other related programs. All applicants whose first language is not English must meet Sheridan’s English proficiency requirements. For full admission requirements, refer to the website.
