Identify business control weaknesses, and objectively assess the severity and materiality of the issues and their potential impact on the business.

Work with business management to develop action plans based on realistic and workable solutions, to mitigate the risk and exposure in the long term.

Provide effective and timely communication on risks and issues with influence and judgment to create positive outcomes.

Foster a positive team environment that looks for ways to enhance audit guidelines and practice development and to improve efficiency and audit experience.

Play an advisory role in matters related to risk assessment and controls.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Capital Markets related businesses, products, risks, processes and controls.

Minimum 5 years proven and progressive experience in Audit, Capital Markets, product Control, or other equivalent experience.

Professional designation/certification such as CPA, CFA, FRM, CIA or equivalent would be an asset.

Experience in Private Credit, Collateral Financing, Prime Brokerage, and other similar areas.

Relationship building.
