Purpose of Job

Providing FXO sales coverage to institutional clients throughout the UK. The focus will be on the distribution of CIBC’s core FXO & E-FXO product suite, aligned to FXO franchise expansion. To contribute significantly to revenue production of FSG.

Main Objectives

  • Generate revenue for the non-CAD FXO business (LIREL) and expand and deepen client relationships to grow CAD FXO business.
  • Manage and enhance non-bank liquidity relationships.
  • Risk manage LIREL book, ensuring it remains risk-neutral using bank and non-bank liquidity in FX and FXO products.
  • Enhance relationships and increase the product mix sold to existing accounts within a team environment.
  • Retain and strengthen any existing relationships.
  • Prospect new FXO business opportunities.

Skills / Knowledge Required

  • Minimum 10 years in the financial services industry with experience in FX Sales.
  • Ability to cover senior client relationships and develop new accounts.
  • Proven revenue generator with established client relationships.
  • Willingness to work extended hours.
  • Solid understanding of FX and broader FICC markets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player.
  • Computer literacy: Excel, Word, Bloomberg, Reuters, EFX Trading Platforms.
  • Graduate degree in relevant business field.
  • PRA/FCA qualified.
  • Languages: [Specify languages if applicable]
