As a proud partner with Kelowna Aerospace Defence Programs, we deliver a wide range of critical support services to military training operations. In this role, you\’ll be part of the team that ensures students, staff and visitors have a seamless and welcoming experience every day.
The Administrative Support position reports to the Client Services Supervisor and provides essential administrative, reception and coordination support across the site.
WHAT YOU\’LL DO
Administrative & Clerical Support
- Prepare clear, accurate reports, letters, and documentation
- Process bookings and reports in UniResMan hotel software
- Support staff and students with claims, course reports, and travel arrangements
- Transcribe and prepare minutes for meetings
- Prepare documents and welcome packages for new students
- Conduct orientation briefings for new student courses
- Maintain reference library publications
- Create building access cards and ID badges
- Assist with stocking supplies and cross departmental tasks
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail; coordinate information flow
- Provide backup support to other Client Services team members
Office Administration
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Maintain telephone lists, files, and routine administrative records
Reception & Customer Service
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries professionally and accurately
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and customers in a courteous manner
- Ensure a positive front-desk experience that reflects CBO\’s standards
