We are looking for a Project Analyst to join the Technology Project Management Office (TPMO). Reporting to the PMO Lead, the Project Analyst is responsible for providing administrative, coordination, and reporting support to projects and portfolios across Technology. In this role, you will support project delivery activities while developing a strong understanding of project management standards, tools, processes, and governance practices. Working closely with Project Managers, Portfolio Leads, and PMO partners, you will gain hands-on experience supporting projects through their lifecycle. This role is well suited for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in growing their career within project and portfolio management.

What you will do:

  • Provide administrative, coordination, and reporting support to projects and portfolios across Technology.
  • Support project governance and documentation by assisting with portfolio-level project plans, schedules, status updates, and PMO artifacts, ensuring alignment with standards and data quality expectations.
  • Assist in preparing portfolio-level reporting and dashboards, including financial, project health, and portfolio health views for stakeholders.
  • Perform project administration within enterprise tools (e.g. Clarity, Jira/Confluence, SharePoint), including project setup, maintenance, and data quality support.
  • Contribute to the PMO knowledge base, documentation, and a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by assisting with process updates, documentation, communication, and adherence to PMO practices.
  • Build knowledge of project management standards, tools, processes, and governance, with the goal of operating more independently on assigned activities over time.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation and reporting.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly share information and collaborate with team members.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative environment.
  • Exposure to or knowledge of project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Clarity, Jira/Confluence, SharePoint, reporting tools) is considered an asset.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn PMO standards, tools, processes, and governance practices and contribute to continuous improvement.

The base salary for this position is between $48,000 - $71,900 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
