  • A customer-first mindset, with a passion for creating thoughtful, intuitive digital experiences.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a track record of delivering measurable value through collaboration and innovation.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with a focus on using insights over opinions to inform, validate, and continuously improve product decisions.

  • A growth mindset, embracing experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to align stakeholders and inspire teams.
  • Experience in agile methodologies, product discovery, and iterative delivery.
  • A curious and improvement-focused mindset – you’re comfortable asking “why” and exploring better ways of doing things.
  • A strong ability to learn and adopt rapidly changing technologies, including large language models, AI, big data, and emerging digital tools, to enhance customer experiences and accelerate delivery.
